Mindscaper is a Narrative game with platformer and action features. It has a fantastical, emotional mystery storyline, centred on the protagonists Jack and his alter-ego, Hyde, who is revealed to have been a full person, with a body of his own. In Mindscaper, Jack and Hyde are forced to search for a magical crystal they but hold no memories of, but are supposed to have been in possession of 10 years ago.
During their adventure, follow Jack & Hyde, as they jump into the minds of various characters connected to the crystal, and uncover the mystery of who they once were, and how them, and the characters they meet are all connected.
Jack is a street-wise fighter, who has learned to survive with his fists and ingenuity, his focus allows him to perform better during combat, whilst Hyde uses Magic to succeed, utilising helpful traversal abilities, as well as buffs and debuffs, to further improve Jack's combat potential.
As Jack & Hyde have been able to switch control of Jack's body for years, they are able to do so in a person's Mindscape, where Hyde has his own body and abilities.
